PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Since 2023, Dr. Pierfrancesco Visaggi has been a Gastroenterologist Endoscopist at the Pisa University Hospital, where he carries out clinical, diagnostic, and advanced endoscopic activities.

In 2022-2023 he worked at Guy's and St. Thomas' Hospital in London as an Endoscopist Gastroenterologist dedicated to therapeutic endoscopic procedures, consolidating international expertise in the management of major digestive pathologies and advanced endoscopic techniques.

During his specialist training at the University of Pisa, he gained experience in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive system disorders, with particular attention to esophageal diseases, gastroesophageal reflux disease, eosinophilic esophagitis, and esophageal motor disorders.
